Our Delivery Service
Our products vary in size from marble fireplaces to large appliances, wood burning stoves, flue liner, twin wall flue pipe, marble fireplaces, stone cladding etc, depending on the size of goods you purchase they could be delivered via Royal Mail, DPD or a pallet delivery service. Providing your order is in stock within a day or two of placing your order you will receive an email to confirm that your order is in progress and confirmation of dispatch, Please Note it is very important that we have a daytime contact telephone number which is required for carrier contact purpose on dispatch, delayed delivery's are normally when we have no contact.
Wood Burning Stoves Delivery
All wood burning stoves are delivered by pallet, it is very important you understand that pallet deliveries are kerbside only, drivers are unable or insured to carry items into your property, ask the driver to wait until you check the goods before you sign for, we can not except responsibility for goods signed for as unchecked, in the very unlikely case your glass is broken in transit please accept delivery we can send out replacement. Please Note in some cases the transport can not travel over rough terrain or work there pallet truck, your stove will be dropped off at the nearest drop off point.
Flue Goods Delivery
Flue Liner and twin wall flue pipe delivery sometimes come in a separate delivery from your stove normally by Royal Mail, DPD, Interlink Express etc.
Marble Fireplace Delivery
Delivery of marble fireplaces is by our own vans and two man delivery team, we bring your fireplace into your home where we check giving you peace of mind your fireplace is to perfection.
